Clinical Supervisor
Position Summary
Safro Staffing is partnering with a behavioral health and addiction treatment organization seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and clinical direction within a behavioral health and substance use treatment setting. This role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality care delivery, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting program development.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to counselors and clinical staff.
- Lead treatment team meetings and case consultations.
- Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
- Support staff development, training, and performance improvement.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and clinical quality indicators.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Assist with program development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide guidance in crisis situations and complex clinical cases.
- Support staff licensure and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Human Services, or related field.
- Clinical licensure and/or addiction counseling certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation standards preferred.
- Knowledge of ASAM criteria, co-occurring disorders, and evidence-based treatment practices.
