Content Creator and Marketing Manager (Healthcare Staffing and Consulting)

We need a creative marketer who can appear in videos, tell our story, create strong written content, and run campaigns across multiple channels. You must be comfortable on camera, able to produce videos and blogs, manage Google Ads, and build optimized WordPress pages that convert healthcare decision-makers into leads.

Responsibilities

• Create and appear in videos for social media, ads, and our website
• Produce blog content that supports campaigns and improves SEO
• Build and optimize Google Ads and other paid campaigns
• Manage keywords, negatives, bidding, and conversion tracking
• Build and improve WordPress landing pages and service pages
• Strengthen site messaging, layout, and conversion flow
• Run campaigns across Google, social platforms, and email
• Review performance weekly and adjust quickly
• Provide reports on lead volume, spend, ROI, and content performance

Requirements

• Comfortable appearing on camera and telling our story
• Strong video creation and editing skills
• Strong blog and social content creation skills
• Google Ads certified with proven hands-on experience
• Experience generating B2B leads, ideally in healthcare staffing or consulting
• Strong WordPress page-building and optimization skills
• Skilled with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Able to diagnose issues quickly and improve results fast
